Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners. We do not ship outside South Africa. Deliveries are made to street addresses only — we cannot deliver to post boxes.

• A flat delivery fee of R450 applies to orders delivered anywhere in South Africa.
• Delivery is free on orders over R5,000.
• Collection from our Hammarsdale branch is always free.
• Remote or farm addresses may attract a surcharge — we will confirm with you before dispatch.

• Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Saturday, once payment reflects.
• KwaZulu-Natal metro areas: 1 to 3 business days.
• Other major centres: 2 to 5 business days.
• Outlying and rural areas: 3 to 7 business days.
• Special-order or non-stock items: we confirm the lead time before you pay.

Lead times are estimates and start from the date payment clears, not from the date the order is placed. EFT payments are only processed once funds reflect in our account.

Collect your order at 105 Mthoko Mkhize Drive, Hammarsdale / Mpumalanga East, KwaZulu-Natal, 3700. Bring your order reference and the ID of the person collecting. Trading hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 12pm and 1:30pm – 4:30pm, Saturday 7:30am – 1pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays.

We send tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Someone aged 18 or older must be available to receive and sign for the goods. Please inspect the goods on delivery and note any visible damage on the courier's waybill.

If nobody is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt redelivery and a further delivery fee may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, load shedding, strikes or other events beyond our control, but we will keep you informed and help resolve them.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Ownership passes only once the order has been paid in full.
