• Contact details: name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number.
• Delivery details: physical address and any delivery instructions.
• Vehicle details: make, model, year and tyre or rim sizes you save or select.
• Order and quote history, including items purchased and payment method used.
• Account details: email address and an encrypted password if you register.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.

We do not store your card number, CVV or banking credentials. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.

• To process, deliver and support your orders and quotes.
• To contact you about an order, a fitment question or a warranty claim.
• To manage your account and saved vehicle details.
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
• To improve the website and our product range.
• To send marketing or specials, only where you have opted in.

We process your information because it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract with you, to comply with the law, for our legitimate business interests, or with your consent (for example, marketing messages). You may withdraw consent at any time.

We share information only as far as necessary with courier partners for delivery, payment providers for processing, our hosting and database provider for storing the site's data, email and messaging providers for notifications, and tyre or battery manufacturers where a warranty claim requires it. We never sell your personal information. Some providers store data outside South Africa; where this happens we use providers subject to comparable data protection standards.

Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff, traffic to the site is encrypted, and passwords are stored in hashed form. We keep order and invoice records for at least 5 years to satisfy South African tax law, and account data for as long as your account remains active. Marketing lists are cleared when you unsubscribe.

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your basket and saved vehicle, and measure basic site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the site — such as the basket and checkout — may then stop working.

Our website is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
