Refund & Returns Policy

In terms of section 44 of ECTA you may cancel an order placed online within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Return the goods unused, unfitted and in their original condition. We refund the purchase price within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

• Tyres or rims that have been fitted, driven on, kerbed, marked or damaged.
• Batteries that have been connected, charged or discharged, or whose labels or seals are broken.
• Special-order or non-stock items sourced specifically for you, unless defective.

Check your goods on delivery or collection. Report an incorrect, short or damaged delivery within 48 hours to keystonetyres@gmail.com or 084 542 5444 with your order reference and photographs. We will collect the item at our cost and send a replacement or refund you in full.

Under section 56 of the CPA you may return goods that are defective, unsafe or not fit for their intended purpose within 6 months of delivery, and choose a repair, replacement or refund. Tyre and battery claims are inspected and, where the manufacturer requires it, submitted to them for assessment. Assessment usually takes 7 to 21 working days.

A defect claim does not cover damage from potholes, impacts, kerbing, punctures, under-inflation, incorrect alignment, overloading or misuse. Where a tyre has partly worn, the manufacturer may approve a pro-rata credit based on remaining tread depth.

• We confirm the return and tell you whether to ship the item back or bring it to our branch.
• Returns may be dropped off at 105 Mthoko Mkhize Drive, Hammarsdale / Mpumalanga East, KwaZulu-Natal, 3700.
• Keep the original packaging and proof of purchase wherever possible.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, or by EFT to a South African bank account in the purchaser's name, within 10 working days of approval. Card and instalment refunds may take a few extra days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider. Delivery charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.

You may cancel an unfitted, undispatched order at any time for a full refund. Where a special order has already been placed with a supplier, a reasonable cancellation charge may apply as permitted by section 17 of the CPA.
